Garrett is currently a member of the International Pro Rodeo Assoc. (IPRA) and the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Assoc. (PRCA) and works approximately 40 professional events per year. In 2014, Garrett set a record as the youngest announcer in the International Finals Rodeo's (IFR) 50-year history! Garrett is now a 7-time IFR Announcer. He also has been selected to work events such as RFD-TV's The American, Cheyenne Frontier Days, PRCA Xtreme Broncs Tour Finale, Colorado State Fair, 101 Wild West Pro Rodeo, PPCLA Mineral Wells Rodeo, and the National High School & Junior High Finals Rodeos
