Penn Valley Rodeo Vendors

 The Penn Valley Community Rodeo Association is proud and excited to announce the 64th Annual Penn Valley Community Rodeo on May 19-20, 2023. We are proud to say we had a sold out show last year and look forward to having another one this year. We invite you to attend and sell at this year’s rodeo. We would love to have local and even some nonlocal profit and non-profit booths at this year’s rodeo. The event will start Friday night (19 th ) at 5:00pm. and Saturday night (20 th ) at 3:00pm. Enjoy the Parade as well that starts at 3:00pm on Saturday. Gates for vendors will be open at 8:00am to set up on Friday the 19th. Vendors will be allowed
to set up until 2:00pm. Entry admission for one person will be free, along with one free vehicle parking pass. Additional admission tickets and parking can be purchased online. Our famous Cookhouse, Snack Shack, and other food vendors will be onsite as well. Food will be available all day. A live band will be playing music for listening and dancing. We encourage people to come eat, shop, enjoy a little rodeo action, and hang out. We have electricity on site for vendors that need to run lights and cash registers. Due to State law, unless you are a food vendor, you cannot sell or give away anything for human consumption including bottled water!
No water, no candy bowls, etc. allowed, unless you sign up as a food vendor.
