Now on Rodeo Ticket you have the ability to add photos to show what the view of the rodeo arena looks like for certain seats. This helps users when purchasing buys seats they would most enjoy. This improved user experience will help to elevate the experience attendees have with your event, because the rodeo experience and impression they have of your rodeo really begins even before they arrive. Purchasing a ticket is one of the first experiences they will have with your brand and we are hard at work to make sure that is an easy and experience for your customers to show your rodeo in the best light possible. This feature will likely help increase your order completion rate as users will now have better confidence of what kind of view they are paying for.
To use the new venue photo tool you will want to edit your venue and then you can click the "Upload View From Seats Photos" button. From there you will want to just select seats for a photo you want to have shown for, and then upload the photo. After you pair all your seats to the photos you want to upload be sure to click the, "Update Purchase Page" button. This will make the photos be updated to the live purchase page, so all potential attendees can now view the seats as they look at the arena.
This feature is not intended for General admission as you can't pick a specific seat on general admission. If you want to show a general idea of what a view of the field looks like for a general admission ticket, this can be done with your event time image. Our seat map photo feature will allow you to upload up-to 100 photos. If you have 20 sections that would mean you could have 5 photos per section, so you can have photos of the left, right, top, bottom, and center of every section. Each venue has a different number of sections, but you can assign the 100 photos however you want. You may only want 4 photos for example (a north, south, east and west). The system will let you use as few photos as you like, but the more photos you use the more accurate the view of a given seat will be.
Both the event planners and the customers benefit from this great new feature. The event planners will be able to make sure that they have enough photos to help perspective attendees know what they are buying and this should increase sales. The event attendees will be able to feel confident that they getting the best view for the budget that they are willing to spend on your rodeo. The customers will be able to plan their seat for the area that they are the most interested in seeing. It will help them to decide if an upgrade is needed. With the seat photo view, everyone will be able to go to the events with confidence that they will be able to get a good view of the entertainment.
It is available for all of your upcoming events right now. Even if you have already begun selling seats you can still update your venue to have the photos after seats have been sold. We are excited to make sure that everyone knows how easy it is to use and has the opportunity to use it for their upcoming events.
